PURPOSE

Support the production of the FWD IFRS17 results production for business units (\"BUs\") in accordance with the Group policies and controls, as well as support Actuarial initiatives/projects as required by the Group Actuarial and BUs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support the production of FWD IFRS 17 results by
• performing BAU IFRS 17 CSM production run support based on requirements from Group Office, and ensure on-time delivery of work
• performing consistency and completeness check on data received from BU
• performing IFRS17 model runs, and in-/output validation checks to ensure data and run process completeness
• escalating issues or findings to manager in a timely manner
• ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with Group policies, including the process documentation and controls
• assisting in the investigation of issues observed in the runs
• assisting in the population of validation and result templates, forms and reports to be reviewed by manager and BUs
• support ad-hoc run requests from Group Actuarial or BUs during result production
• support data preparation and perform other processes surrounding IFRS 17 results generation, as requested by the BUs
• Support the Actuarial initiatives/projects from the Group Actuarial or BUs

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• 2 years or less insurance experience in actuarial functions
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Actuarial Science or other Mathematics/Statistics based major
• Good progress in internationally recognised actuarial professional examinations

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Good Prophet modelling and coding skills
• Good Excel skills
• Good understanding of Actuarial valuation processes and IFRS17
• Good Python skills is preferred
