Description & Requirements

Job Objectives:

To support the Pricing Team in developing pricing models and performing other analyses required for organization's strategic decisions across products within Personal Lines.

Job Responsibilities:

Individual Responsibilities:

Strategic

Support on pricing strategy initiatives by providing recommendations for discussion
Drive innovation and propose ideas for profitable growth

Business Operations

Build and enhance pricing models and perform analysis
Provide input to facilitate product / rate filing submissions to regulator
Prepare the necessary rate requirement files for rating engine
Support in UAT and subsequent post-deployment checks for products or rate revisions
Timely internal BAU reporting and monitoring of Model Loss Ratio
Timely regulatory submission
Effective communication to non-technical audience

Compliance

Ensure consistency with relevant internal policies and guidelines
Ensure compliance with regulations and laws

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Relevant insurance, risk management, or analytics certifications are beneficial.
Basic programming language like Python, SQL etc
Fresh graduates with strong academic results, internship experience, or relevant technical skills may also be considered.
