Job Description

• To read the approved Credit Approvals (CAS) and understand the terms and conditions/imposed clauses for drafting of Letter of Offer (LO) /Supplemental Letter of Offer (SLO)/ Letter of Notification (LN).
• To check & confirm any discrepancy between approved credit paper, systems and previous credit documents.
• To draft the LO/SLO/LN in accordance to the latest approved CAS and approved Standard LO Template on a timely manner.
• To liaise with Relationship Managers (RMs) on matters relating to drafting of LO /SLO/ LN.
• To assist in other administrative duties assigned by the Team Leader and/or Team Head.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of various banking / credit facilities is highly preferred. Experience in legal documentation is an advantage.
• Proficient in basic MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint and has good command of English.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills as well as able to operate expeditiously.
• Meticulous and able to work independently within given timelines.
