Job Description

• Perform data entry and/or approval of payment instructions, as well as transaction screening.
• Prepare and submit relevant reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Work closely with business partners and communicate via email or telephone, where required, to ensure task completion.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including the timely completion of mandatory training assigned by the organization.
• Possess knowledge of EUC (End-User Computing) and automation tools to support process improvements and operational efficiency.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance or a recognized professional tertiary qualification in related field and/or with related experience
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Financial Institution, preferably branch operations or payment centre.
• Team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Conversant in English, demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
• Committed, self-motivated and a team player
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office applications i.e Excel, Words, Power Point
• Good understanding on BNM policies i.e Foreign Exchange Policy, ESS Guidelines, Rentas / MYR Settlement Operational Procedures and BNM AML/CFT Guidelines
