Job Description

Due to continued business growth, Radius is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Sales Advisor (Telematics) to join our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with Mandarin-speaking customers and driving sales growth within the telematics business.

In this role, you will be selling Telematics technology and fleet management into the Malaysia market and will enjoy a varied role with fantastic opportunities to progress and develop your career.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage new clients within the telematics.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships to generate additional revenue.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing telematics solutions and their benefits.
  • Work closely with Operations and Post-Sales teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging telematics technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a telesales role.
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined to follow the daily target driven structure (including good timekeeping).
  • First-rate communications skills; demonstrating confidence.
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
  • Ability to listen and articulate in all communication.
  • Adapt well to a changing environment.
