Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the firm's Real Estate Transactions offering in the Netherlands.
- Advise investors, developers, funds, financial institutions, and corporate clients on complex real estate transactions.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
- Work closely with colleagues across corporate, finance, tax, and restructuring practices.
- Mentor and help build a high-performing real estate team.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with a strong track record in real estate transactions.
- Established network within the Dutch real estate market.
- Demonstrable client following or portable business.
- Ambition to build and grow a practice.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
