Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will:

Perform quality checks on customer installation plans
Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to provide feedback
Guide new Technical Account Managers in installation plan compliance
Implement new methods to improve processes, including AI applications
Document and report issues found during installation plan checks
Compile statistics and KPIs on general quality using Hubspot and Google Sheets
Support the team in staying updated with the latest developments

Requirements

Degree in a relevant technical field (preferred)
Experience in quality control checks and compliance (highly preferred)
Interest in Artificial Intelligence and its applications
Excellent spatial awareness and ability to interpret technical plans
Exceptional attention to detail
Experience with HubSpot, Google Sheets, or similar platforms
Proficiency in English, Dutch highly preferred
