What will you do?



As a Risk Reporting Specialist at ASN Bank, you play a central role in delivering high-quality risk insights to Risk Committees, the Executive Board, and Supervisors. You work in an evolving landscape where your drive to simplify, automate, and improve makes a real impact. With freedom to shape the reporting framework, you collaborate closely with Risk, Finance, and IT across a mission-driven bank that puts people and society first.



Your responsibilities:

• Contribute to Integrated Risk Reports and translate complex data into clear CRO-level insights for senior stakeholders


• Identify and reduce manual steps in reporting processes and standardise recurring reporting cycles


• Maintain and improve the KRI framework, including data quality, definitions, and regulatory alignment (BCBS239, COREP, FINREP)


• Support the transition to automated reporting using Power BI, SQL, and Python


• Explore and implement AI-enabled use cases (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) to improve efficiency and insight generation within the Risk reporting community

You'll be part of the Integrated Risk Reporting & Development team within Enterprise Risk Management a close-knit, collaborative group driven by quality and continuous improvement. The team works from our Utrecht office, where open collaboration and a results-driven culture define the way of working. Every week we come together on-site to connect, align, and move forward together.




Your qualities

You are an analytically strong and proactive professional who translates complexity into clarity and communicates confidently with senior stakeholders. Your structured, improvement-driven mindset allows you to thrive in an environment where processes are still evolving and your input truly shapes the outcome.



What you bring:

• 4-7 years of experience in Risk and/or Regulatory Reporting within a financial institution


• Demonstrable experience delivering or contributing to executive-level reporting (CRO, ExBO, Supervisory Board)


• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI tools; working knowledge of SQL is a strong plus


• Affinity with data governance, data quality, and AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Collibra)


• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align across Risk, Finance, IT and business teams

The senior position is in scale 10 with a salary range between € 5.090,- and € 6.787,- gross monthly, based on a 36 hour workweek.
