As a core member of our technology team, you will work with dedicated professionals to build and support secure, cloud-native and AI-enabled applications for the financial services industry. Our teams use modern software engineering practices, AI-assisted development and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining clear human ownership of quality.

Our Quality Model

• The Platform Team defines requirements, acceptance criteria, service expectations and business risk.
• Quality Engineers define the verification strategy, quality gates, test harnesses and observability.
• AI agents accelerate implementation and testing within approved guardrails.
• The Full Stack Developer remains accountable for technical correctness, human review of AI-generated output, meaningful tests, secure implementation and production readiness. AI-generated work never self-approves.

Your Role:

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, build, test, and support secure cloud-native applications across our modern software delivery platform. This role will deliver medium-complexity capabilities across front-end, back-end, data, integration, automation, and deployment work, while owning technical correctness from specification through release.

Working within our Four-Pillar Quality Model, you will partner with Product, Engineering, and AI-assisted development teams to ensure quality is built into every stage of the software lifecycle.

• Participate in and contribute to all agile team activities.
• Translate requirements and acceptance criteria into technical designs and implementation tasks.
• Build accessible React and TypeScript user experiences and scalable Python APIs using Flask, FastAPI or comparable frameworks.
• Design and integrate RESTful services, asynchronous workflows and data-processing components.
• Implement secure data access using relational and NoSQL databases, with appropriate migrations, indexing and validation.
• Design and validate meaningful unit, component, integration, contract and feature-workflow tests.
• Review AI-generated code and tests, prevent circular validation and ensure quality gates pass.
• Configure and support CI/CD pipelines, containers and AWS services using infrastructure-as-code patterns.
• Diagnose production issues, contribute to incident reviews and improve observability and support documentation.
• Improve reusable components, engineering practices and developer experience.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience delivering production web applications.
• Practical experience with Python and Flask, FastAPI or a comparable API framework.
• Practical experience with React, TypeScript, state management, responsive design and accessibility.
• Experience with AWS, REST APIs, Git, Docker, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with relational databases and exposure to NoSQL technologies such as DynamoDB.
• Understanding of secure coding, application performance, logging, monitoring and operational support.
• Ability to work independently, communicate trade-offs and collaborate effectively in agile teams.
• Knowledge of financial services or regulated environments is desirable.

AI-Assisted Engineering Experience

• Use AI coding assistants to accelerate implementation, testing, troubleshooting and documentation within team guardrails.
• Review generated code, tests, designs and documentation for correctness, security, performance and intent.
• Maintain traceability from accepted requirements through implementation, tests and release evidence.
• Use independent checks when AI assists with both implementation and test generation.
• Use delivery and production feedback to improve prompts, reusable patterns and engineering practices.
