• Responsible for evaluating current business practices, formulating and recommending ways to improve productivity, reduce costs and make the best use of company resources.
• Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and ensuring resolution of issues/observations/findings coming from governance groups and external control engagements. As applicable, spearheads resolution and necessary collaborations
• Spearheads governance-related projects in collaboration with other Governance and enabling groups such as Risk, Compliance, Data Privacy, and Security
• Presents to middle up to senior management overall status and analysis of governance-related items
• Develops, monitors and elevates the performance of the group's vital business systems and processes with ongoing process improvements
• Develops and implements policies & action plans to resolve performance gaps, audit items, improve quality of work and increase operational efficiency
