Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
• Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking analyses to identify trends, measure performance, and recommend improvements in HR initiatives and practices.
• Presentation to Leadership: Develop compelling presentations and reports that communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR and business leaders to identify key metrics, assess current performance, and drive continuous improvement in people strategies.
• Data Management: Maintain and enhance HR data systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security of employee data.
• Project Management: Lead and participate in various people analytics projects, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Research & Best Practices: Stay current on industry trends and best practices in people analytics and HR to inform strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in HR analytics or a related field, with a strong understanding of HR metrics and reporting.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and HRIS systems.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings to senior leadership effectively.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
