CloudPay is seeking a Singapore Payroll Specialist to join our APAC Payroll Operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering timely and accurate monthly payrolls for our clients across the region, ensuring compliance and service excellence every step of the way.
You'll act as a trusted point of contact, responding to client, provider, and internal team queries with professionalism and care, while also supporting with ad-hoc payroll-related tasks as needed. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering a high-quality payroll experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What makes this role exciting
CloudPay is seeking a Singapore Payroll Specialist to join our APAC Payroll Operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering timely and accurate monthly payrolls for our clients across the region, ensuring compliance and service excellence every step of the way.
You'll act as a trusted point of contact, responding to client, provider, and internal team queries with professionalism and care, while also supporting with ad-hoc payroll-related tasks as needed. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering a high-quality payroll experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Main responsibilities
- Process multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time and efficiently
- Analyze payroll related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll
- Partner with the Implementation Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery to Operations
- Support any parallel runs if testing is needed on a new requirement
- Ability to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy of information prior to processing payroll
- Research discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures prior to processing
- Maintain payroll information, files and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance
- Assist in the validation of payroll requirements to ensure that sufficient information is provided by the client to enable set-up and configuration are completed successfully
Experience needed for this role
- At least 2 years of experience processing end-to-end Singapore Payroll
- Knowledge of payroll legislation and policy in key markets (e.g. Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Philippines, Australia), especially within service center or implementation contexts
- Background in an outsourcing environment or experience managing high-volume in-house payrolls is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English
- Solid understanding of end-to-end payroll processing, including government claims filing and tax submissions
- Familiarity with payroll operations across the APAC region or internationally, particularly in countries like Singapore, Hong Kong, and others
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, with advanced Excel skills to support payroll analysis and reporting
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to perform under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team environment
