Job Description

Your Responsibilities

Prepare and process customer offers using dedicated tools and systems.
Manage customer orders in ERP/SAP systems, including order entry, verification, and release.
Coordinate order fulfillment with Production Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and other internal stakeholders.
Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates to customers.
Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, deliveries, and documentation.
Support claim management processes, including registration, coordination, and commercial closure of claims.
Create and maintain accurate customer and order-related documentation.
Ensure customer data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support digitalization initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Strong customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an international team.
Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn new skills.
Experience with SAP, CRM systems, or order management tools will be considered an asset.
