Specjalista ds. Transportu z j. holenderskim / Transport & Logistics (Freight Cost Control) Specialist with Dutch

Zakres obowiązków:

• Przyjmowanie, weryfikacja, walidacja oraz obsługa sporów dotyczących faktur za transport drogowy (ok. 120 dostawców) dla ArcelorMittal Belgium
• Obsługa faktur dla transportu drogowego ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks Gent (ok. 10 dostawców)
• Kontrola i weryfikacja faktur dla transportu kolejowego
• Obsługa faktur dla transportu barkowego (ok. 10 firm transportowych)
• Przyjmowanie, przetwarzanie i weryfikacja godzin oczekiwania kierowców (transport drogowy)
• Przygotowywanie faktur dla ładunków czarterowych spoza systemu TMS (manualne wprowadzanie danych do systemu BT.6)
• Gromadzenie danych o transportach z różnych źródeł oraz ich rejestracja
  
  Wymagania:
• Wysoka dokładność i dbałość o szczegóły - precyzyjna kontrola cen faktur względem zatwierdzonych stawek oraz zgodności wolumenów z rzeczywistymi transportami
• Samodzielność i inicjatywa - umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów oraz pełna odpowiedzialność za procesy
• Umiejętność pracy zespołowej i komunikacji - regularna współpraca z zespołem (również międzynarodowym)
• Wysokie umiejętności komunikacyjne - kontakt wewnętrzny (logistyka, zakupy, zarządzanie) oraz zewnętrzny (dostawcy)
• Doświadczenie w pracy z systemami takimi jak SAP (SAP ACE), TMS (Isla/Sultan)
• Bardzo dobra znajomość MS Office, w szczególności Excel (poziom zaawansowany)
• Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego oraz niderlandzkiego
• Otwartość do pracy hybrydowej z biura w Dąbrowie Górniczej (50% czasu pracy z biura)
