Role Summary
We are looking for a Team Leader to lead a team delivering Fixed Income data and content across two areas: Debt CORAX (corporate actions) and Fixed Income Markets. The role combines people leadership, operational delivery, and data quality across both areas, with a focus on continuous improvement through process optimisation and automation.
This position supports a high-performing and inclusive team environment while ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely content delivery aligned with business and customer needs.
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the team across both Debt CORAX and Fixed Income Markets workflows, including workload coordination, performance monitoring, and delivery against agreed quality and service standards. Ensure content is produced in line with established processes, with effective handling of issues and escalations.
Drive operational improvements by identifying inefficiencies across both domains and supporting the implementation of automation, enhanced tooling, and scalable solutions. Contribute to initiatives that strengthen data quality, workflow efficiency, and overall service performance.
Lead, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance enablement, fostering both domain expertise and technical capability. Build an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages learning, accountability, and adaptability.
Promote adoption of new technologies and ways of working, supporting the team through change in a structured and people-focused manner. Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to support cross-team priorities and initiatives.

Compensation Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 120,900 zł - 191,300 zł. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan ("bonus plan"). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.

Qualifications & Experience
Required (must-have)
- Experience in a people leadership or supervisory role within a data, content, or operations environment
- Solid understanding of structured data workflows, quality controls, and service delivery
- Ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency, including through automation or tooling
- Experience contributing to or supporting the implementation of automated solutions in daily processes (e.g. workflow automation, data processing enhancements)
- Strong communication and coaching skills, with a focus on developing individuals and teams
- Interest in Fixed Income markets and willingness to build expertise across Debt CORAX and Markets content
- Experience with Fixed Income data, including corporate actions within debt instruments and/or market data
- Exposure to performance metrics, operational reporting, or data analysis tools
- Awareness of practical AI use cases in data/content operations, such as quality checks, anomaly detection, workflow triage, knowledge support, or process optimization
