In this role, you will support Aon Business Services' Internal Consulting team on a multi-year operating model transformation, translating data into insights that guide strategic decisions.

What the day will look like
In this role, you will support Aon Business Services' Internal Consulting team on a multi-year operating model transformation, translating data into insights that guide strategic decisions.
- Collaborating with transformation, operations, and technology teams to define data needs across finance, operations, client, and workforce domains
- Extracting, cleaning, validating, and analyzing data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Identifying trends, patterns, and performance drivers (e.g., capacity utilization, cost-to-serve, FTE allocation) and translating them into impactful insights
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reports (e.g., benchmarks, progress tracking, risk and issue reporting) using tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Automating reporting processes and supporting governance standards across the program
- Providing data-driven input to support the design and implementation of the target operating model
- Supporting measurement frameworks, including baseline vs. future-state KPIs and adoption metrics
- Collaborating with collaborators globally, presenting findings, and proactively addressing data quality issues

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Consultant, ideally within transformation, operating model, or change programs
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI); working knowledge of SQL or similar tools is an advantage
- Ability to work with large, complex datasets and apply statistical techniques such as trend and variance analysis
- Diligent, organized, and collaborative, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
