WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll join our EMEA Recruit Enablement team and work in close partnership with colleagues across the Warsaw GBS team and throughout the EMEA region. You'll also collaborate closely with your manager as you support recruiting operations and improvement projects.

As part of Bain's global recruiting operations, your role supports both regional efforts and local EMEA offices by driving daily recruiting activities and system administration. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role that enables the delivery of a seamless and impactful candidate experience.
Our team works in a hybrid model (40% of working time in the office).

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling, sending interview invitations through our recruiting system, and responding to candidate queries through the team mailbox
- Support Recruitment Days and other recruiting activities by coordinating logistics and collaborating with recruiters and colleagues across teams
- Manage candidate applications in our recruiting system, including initial pre-screening and accurately tracking candidates through each stage of the recruitment process
- Keep candidate and recruitment information accurate and up to date, helping ensure a smooth and well-organized experience throughout the hiring process
- Learn and apply recruiting best practices while identifying opportunities to improve day-to-day processes and ways of working
- Contribute to regional recruiting projects and support the implementation of new processes and initiatives across the team
ABOUT YOU
Required qualifications:
- You are a final-year student or recent graduate and are available to work full time
- You have professional fluency in English (C1 level)
- You have a strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or the broader HR field
- You communicate clearly and professionally and enjoy working collaboratively with others
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- You bring a proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented approach to your work
- You are comfortable learning new systems and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in a professional environment is an advantage
- Fluency in an additional language is an asset
