The Role
- Support the preparation of credit applications, risk assessments, and financial/sensitivity analyses for leverage, acquisition, and structured transactions
- Assist with timely processing of approvals and consent requests, ensuring accuracy
- Work closely with Credit and origination teams on day-to-day queries
- Support compliance requirements and respond to audit requests
- Contribute to regular reporting for regulators and internal stakeholders
What You'll Need
- At least 7 years of experience in credit risk/portfolio management, with exposure to leverage and acquisition finance
- Solid credit judgment and understanding of capital structures and financing solutions
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Good stakeholder communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
