Job Responsibilities

Coordinate outsourcing governance activities, including due diligence, risk assessments, and periodic reviews.
Monitor vendor performance and service level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain outsourcing inventory, documentation, and management reports.
Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and control functions on outsourcing matters.
Support audits, inspections, and regulatory requests related to outsourcing.
Coordinate annual BCM activities, including BCP reviews, testing, and training.
Monitor completion of BCM action plans and remediation items.
Maintain BCM documentation and management reporting.
Liaise with business units and relevant stakeholders on continuity planning requirements.
Support audits, inspections, and regulatory requests related to BCM.

Requirements

Degree holder in any discipline.
Minimum 5-7 years of banking operations experience.
Knowledge of outsourcing governance, risk management, or vendor management is preferred.
Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
