A well-established organization in the professional services industry is currently seeking an Accounts Executive to join their dynamic team.
The Role
The role involves managing client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional service, and building strong professional connections through an understanding of their business needs and ensuring timely services. Responsibilities include preparing accurate bookkeeping and financial reports in compliance with SFRS, ACRA, and IRAS regulations, overseeing corporate tax filings, GST submissions, and other regulatory requirements. The candidate will also manage daily bookkeeping activities, ensure quality and timeliness, resolve account discrepancies, perform reconciliations, and support monthly and year-end closing processes. The role requires leveraging accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks to streamline and enhance workflow efficiency and process improvements.
Your Profile
Candidates must have at least 2 years of accounting experience and possess strong proficiency in accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks, with training provided if necessary. A solid understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance processes is essential. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client management, strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance, and problem-solving abilities to address workflow challenges effectively.
