Role:

Assist with the administration of a portfolio of corporate clients and ensure that client relationships and transactions are managed effectively.

Formation/registration of entities in Singapore
Experience with ACRA filings and maintaining statutory records
Drafting minutes and supporting documents
Maintaining entities' information within the corporate services practice management database
Maintaining entities' minute books and transaction folder
Work closely with the operations and compliance teams throughout the KYC process
Liaise with clients to collect the necessary KYC Due Diligence information and documents
Prepare necessary information according to the KYC documents received from clients for Compliance Team's review, and to complete KYC profiles

Requirements:

Demonstratable corporate administration experience with a Singapore law firm, fund administrator, accounting firm or a local CSP
Able to review client constitutional and KYC documents for static and other KYC information update
Familiar with MAS regulations in relation to ML/TF
Good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software. Knowledge of specialist industry software e.g. Viewpoint
Detail-oriented, organised and strong sense of responsibility
Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken)
