Key Responsibilities

Mailbox Management & Issue Resolution: Oversee the FWB mailbox, taking ownership of effectively tracking and resolving rejection cases.
Daily Reporting & Quality Assurance: Review daily reports for New Business (NB), Endorsements, and Refunds to ensure all transactions are processed accurately.
Sales & Auto Support: Manage general inquiries via the Auto mailbox and provide email-based support to the Sales Team for aftersales and collection requests.
Feedback Consolidation: Gather and synthesize feedback from Producers regarding FWB products and system functionalities to inform future improvements.
Process Optimization: Collaborate with the project team to identify operational bottlenecks and pain points, helping to streamline workflows and enhance the user experience.
System Testing & Rollout: Support the implementation of new system updates by participating in basic testing and documenting/reporting any bugs.

Requirements

Minimally 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative or operations capacity. (Prior experience in the insurance industry is a strong advantage)
Core Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills
- High attention to detail, particularly when managing and analyzing reports.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
A proactive, self-motivated learner with a genuine interest in how business processes and technology intersect to drive efficiency.
