About Our Client

Our client is a quant fund expanding their headcounts in Singapore office and offers a platform for execution traders to deploy their strategies and progress into a full fledged Portfolio Manager in the future.

Job Description

Execute trades across various financial instruments while ensuring compliance with trading regulations.
Monitor market trends to identify profitable trading opportunities.
Adept with Python and coding to support the Portfolio Managers
Maintain accurate trade records and reports for audit purposes.
Analyse trading performance and provide insights to improve outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and counterparties.
Ensure risk management protocols are adhered to during all trading activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Execution Trader should have:

A strong understanding of financial markets and trading strategies.
Proficient in Python and coding skills
Proficiency with trading platforms and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders.
