Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day cashiering, client funds management, and daily bank reconciliations in compliance with client money regulations.
Oversee Accounts Payable, including invoice approvals, payment runs, and month-end expense journals.
Review employee expenses and credit card reconciliations in line with tax policies.
Process client billing and ensure compliance with local GST and withholdings tax rules.
Prepare quarterly GST returns and support internal/external audit requirements.
Monitor finance inboxes, handle queries, and support continuous process improvements across APAC.

Requirements

Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
2-5 years of finance experience within a legal environment (AP, billing, cashiering).
Proven experience maintaining accounts and working independently.
Strong Excel, numerical, and reconciliation skills.
Knowledge of legal client money rules and legal accounting software (e.g., Aderant) preferred.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
