Job Description
You'll turn complex client needs into clear product and engineering direction, guide delivery alongside technical and investment leaders, and ensure solutions are trusted, usable, and impactful in real investment workflows.
This is a high-ownership role with visibility across the firm and the opportunity to influence how modern investment capabilities are built and scaled.
What You'll Do
- Own the client experience end-to-end from discovery and requirements through demos, onboarding, and ongoing support.
- Translate complexity into action by turning client goals and investment workflows into clear user stories, priorities, and outcomes.
- Shape what gets built by partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and AI teams on scope, sequencing, trade-offs, and rollout.
- Bridge investing and technology by stress-testing ideas with investment specialists and ensuring outputs reflect investment-grade thinking.
- Drive adoption and confidence through clear communication, proactive issue management, and high-quality client-facing materials.
- Operate with autonomy in a fast-moving environment where judgment, ownership, and initiative matter.
- You'll work directly with senior investment and technical leaders, not through layers.
- You'll have real influence over priorities, delivery decisions, and client outcomes.
- You'll build rare, transferable skills across stakeholder leadership, product thinking, and investment-domain translation.
