Our client is an established firm in the Oil & Gas and Infrastructure space. Currently looking to hire a driven leader with industry exposure to infrastructure, utilities, oil & gas, engineering, or related business to oversee the next phase of company growth & transformation.
Requirements
- Oil & Gas/Infrastructure/Utility industry exposure will be very helpful, especially in government project/contract based business
- Supply chain and procurement expertise, particularly in managing complex supplier relationships, cost optimization initiatives and operational risks.
- Willingness to get hands dirty to work closely with the business and operations
- Experience in turn-around and restructuring situation
- Track record in driving operational transformation and delivering sustainable profitability improvements.
- Familiarity with public-listed company requirements, investor relations and engagement with regulators, shareholders and other key stakeholders.
Important: The ideal candidate will bring proven finance leadership experience - former CFOs who have successfully driven business growth, strategy, and operational performance viewed favourably. Experience overseeing project costing and budgets, managing commercial risks, maintaining healthy cash flow, supporting pricing decisions, and negotiating commercial contracts is essential.
