Job Description

- Manage and support the Singapore office network (LAN/VLAN, internet, VPN).
- Provide day-to-day technical support for trading systems and infrastructure
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware (Laptops, servers(vm), network devices) and software
- Help maintain and document IT inventory, system configurations, and procedures.
- Develop and design client’s statement reports

Job Requirement

- A university degree in Computer Science/ Information technology
- Fluent in both English and Chinese is preferred
- Familiar with Python development
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience is preferred
