An investment management firm in Singapore that is looking to hire an Investor Relations specialist to support their continued growth across Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

• Support investor servicing and relationship management efforts across institutional and wholesale clients.
• Partner closely with Portfolio Managers on fundraising and business development initiatives.
• Prepare client communications, investment updates, market commentary, and performance-related materials.
• Participate in client meetings, consultant discussions, due diligence meetings, and investor presentations.
• Help identify and develop new business opportunities across APAC markets.
• Respond to investor queries and maintain high-quality ongoing client engagement.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience within Investor Relations, Client Service, Institutional Sales, Distribution, Consultant Relations, or a related function within asset management.
• Familiarity with traditional asset classes and public markets.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to articulate investment performance and market views clearly.
• Comfortable engaging institutional investors and maintaining professional client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in contributing to business development initiatives.
• Ability to work closely with investment teams and operate within a lean, collaborative environment.
