Our client is seeking an experienced Learning & Organisation Development professional to partner with business leaders in designing and delivering strategic learning initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, accelerate workforce development, and support organisational transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify capability gaps and develop learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design and implement leadership development programmes, learning pathways and capability-building initiatives.
- Curate and manage learning interventions covering leadership, professional and functional development.
- Measure programme effectiveness through learning analytics, business impact and ROI assessments.
- Drive workforce upskilling and reskilling initiatives, including digital learning and self-directed learning solutions.
- Partner with external agencies and training providers to maximise available funding and workforce development programmes.
- Support employee engagement, culture and organisational development initiatives through data-driven action planning.
- Review learning sponsorship requests and ensure alignment with business priorities and development frameworks.
- Manage learning budgets and oversee end-to-end programme implementation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Degree qualified with at least 7 - 8 years' experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Organisation Development, Talent Development or HR Business Partnering.
- Experience within the Financial Services or Insurance sector is highly preferred.
- Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development and enterprise learning programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities with senior leaders.
- Experience in curriculum design, learning needs analysis and programme evaluation.
- Familiarity with employee engagement, organisational development and change management initiatives.
- Experience managing external training providers, learning budgets and government-funded workforce development programmes will be advantageous.
- Strong communication, facilitation and project management skills.
