about the role
You will be part of the Finance team where you will drive key regulatory change initiatives and ensure seamless operational compliance across multidisciplinary business functions.
- Assist with Regulatory Reporting related initiatives including MAS656 and MAS610
- Formulate and manage comprehensive project roadmaps, tracking timelines, milestones, interdependencies, and allocated budgets
- Facilitate workstreams spanning finance, risk, compliance, IT, and operations to align operational processes and data systems
- Lead regular stakeholder alignment sessions and present progress updates to executive steering committees
- Proactively identify project risks, devise effective mitigation strategies, and escalate key decisions to management
- Oversee financial expenditure against project budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation
skills & experience required
- Proven track record in Finance/MAS Regulatory Reporting related project management within the banking industry
- Demonstrated experience handling regulatory change, governance projects, or regulatory reporting implementations
- Strong ability to engage and manage diverse business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendor partners
- Excellent communication, presentation, and risk management capabilities
- Familiarity with banking operations, data integration, and enterprise reporting platforms
