Description
- Develop and execute client coverage strategies across Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
- Originate and establish new-to-bank relationships with CEOs, CFOs, Treasurers and other senior decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities across corporate finance, structured finance, trade finance, working capital and global markets solutions.
- Partner with product and sector teams to deliver integrated financing solutions tailored to client needs.
- Drive cross-border banking opportunities through the organisation's international network and capabilities.
- Lead strategic account planning, client presentations, credit discussions and transaction origination activities.
- Maintain oversight of portfolio performance, credit disciplines, regulatory requirements and risk management standards.
Profile
- 10+ years of Corporate & Investment Banking experience covering large corporate clients within Asia Pacific.
- Strong network of senior corporate relationships across Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and/or Indonesia.
- Proven track record of developing new client relationships and converting origination opportunities into sustainable revenue streams.
- Demonstrated experience executing complex financing, lending, structured finance or investment banking transactions.
- Strong understanding of corporate strategy, capital structures, corporate finance and risk-adjusted returns.
- Broad knowledge of Corporate Banking, Structured Finance, Trade Finance, Working Capital Solutions and Global Markets products.
- Infrastructure sector experience is highly preferred.
- Additional exposure to energy, resources and transportation sectors will be advantageous.
- Investment Banking Coverage and/or Structured Finance experience would be highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder management, commercial judgement and relationship-building capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
