Position

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Architecture Operation (AO) team under Data and Regulatory Reporting department.

This a very hands-on technical role to drive continuous improvement initiatives on top of day-to-day BAU support. We need someone with fresh and relevant ideas, who is passionate about learning new things and wants to develop themselves further.

Main Responsibilities

1. Providing primary operational technical support and assist the functional teams.
2. Improving reliability and quality of our application (automation, monitoring, alerting, security, RCA etc.).
3. Collaborate with application teams to troubleshoot and resolve environment / middleware technical issues efficiently.
4. Reducing time-to-market by implementing CI/CD pipelines wherever possible.
5. Working closely with application teams, infrastructure and production teams to deliver vulnerability, obsolesce remediation.
6. Managing technical issues, escalations and ensuring good level of delivery.
7. Maintain, improve and standardize existing workflow processes and framework.
8. Promoting knowledge sharing within the organization (trainings, documentation, etc.).
9. Bridge the gap between Dev and Ops on operations side.

Qualifications and Profile

1. Master or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Programming & Systems Analysis/ Science (Computer Studies) faculties
2. 7+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, application services
3. Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub, Copilot) to enhance productivity and problem-solving capabilities

Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals including prompt engineering, model limitations, and best practices for human-AI collaboration

1. Experience in evaluating AI-generated outputs for accuracy, security, and alignment with business requirements
2. Ability to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation within existing workflows and processes

Technical

1. Basic/intermediate knowledge of databases concepts / scripting (SQL Server, PostgreSQL preferred)
2. Proficient in git.
3. Hand-on experience with Java technology stack, Spring Boot ecosystem.
4. Basic/intermediate experience with ELK
5. Proficient in Docker & Kubernetes.
6. Hand-on experience Prometheus / Grafana.
7. Good knowledge of Linux.
8. Knowledge of ITIL.
9. Nice to have Atlassian Bamboo / Jenkins / GitLab runners.
10. Good understating of asynchronous systems and message brokers (e.g. Kafka).
11. Nice to have cloud ops experience (AWS, GPC, etc).
