This new high-profile advisory role will partner closely with Relationship Managers to deliver sophisticated wealth planning solutions to UHNW and HNW clients across Asia.
You will act as a technical specialist, supporting client acquisition, deepening existing relationships, and providing holistic advice across succession and wealth structuring matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Relationship Managers on new business opportunities and existing client relationships across Asia.
- Provide expert advice on wealth planning, succession planning, trust structures, estate planning, and related private wealth solutions.
- Develop tailored strategies to address clients' personal, family, and business wealth planning needs.
- Stay abreast of legal, tax, regulatory, and industry developments impacting private clients.
- Deliver technical training and thought leadership to Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders.
- Represent the bank at client seminars, industry events, and strategic partner engagements.
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of planning solutions, working closely with external legal, tax, fiduciary, trust, and insurance specialists.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in wealth planning, trust and fiduciary services, private client advisory, or related legal advisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of trust, estate, succession, tax, and wealth structuring concepts for international private clients.
- Experience advising clients across Southeast Asia and/or North Asia.
- STEP qualification preferred; legal qualification would be advantageous.
- Ability to take a holistic approach to wealth planning across multiple disciplines.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with UHNW clients and internal stakeholders.
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
