We are seeking a proactiveStrategic Operations Executive to optimize ourbusiness operations . You will be the backbone of our team, ensuring seamlessbusiness support , compliance, and workflow coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensiveadministrative and operational support to consultants.
- Coordinate internal workflows, track project milestones, and support client servicing.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal operations policies.
- Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Singaporean or PR, aged 21 and above with a minimum Diploma or GCE A-Level.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office.
- Process-driven mindset; prior experience inbusiness support oroperations is a plus.
