Our client, a growing regional financial institution, is seeking a Structurer to join its Structured Solutions team in Singapore.

The successful candidate will work closely with Sales and Trading to develop and deliver bespoke solutions for Financial Institution and Corporate clients across Asia, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia.

This role is suited to candidates with experience in Rates, FX or broader Macro/FICC products who are comfortable structuring cross-border solutions and working across multiple Southeast Asian jurisdictions.

1. Structure tailored investment, hedging and financing solutions for Financial Institution and Corporate clients
2. Partner with Sales and Trading teams to originate and execute client transactions
3. Develop and price bespoke solutions across Rates, FX and broader FICC products
4. Provide product expertise and market insights to support client engagement
5. Work with stakeholders across North Asia and Southeast Asia on cross-border opportunities
6. Support product innovation and development initiatives

1. 5+ years of experience in Structuring, Solutions, Product Development or a related Markets role
2. Strong background in Rates, FX, Macro or broader FICC products
3. Experience working with Financial Institution and/or Corporate clients
4. Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets, regulations and jurisdictions
5. Strong analytical and communication skills
6. Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline
