An established Regional Corporate Bank is seeking a Syndication Relationship Manager to join its growing team in Singapore. You will focus on developing strategic corporate relationships and originating financing opportunities across ASEAN markets. In return, you will enjoy an attractive total compensation package of up to $160,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new corporate relationships and identify opportunities to deepen existing client coverage, with a focus on syndicated and bilateral financing.
- Originate, structure and execute syndicated loan transactions in MLA, Bookrunner and Participant capacities.
- Build strong relationships with large corporates and multinational companies, understanding their financing requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
- Conduct credit, financial and risk assessments, develop appropriate financing structures and prepare credit proposals in accordance with the Bank’s policies and risk appetite.
- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- At least five years of relevant experience in loan syndication, structured lending or corporate banking.
- Demonstrated experience in originating and executing syndicated financing transactions.
- Strong credit assessment, financial structuring, relationship management and business development capabilities.
- Sound knowledge of Singapore’s banking and regulatory environment, including applicable KYC and AML requirements.
