About the Role
Major Global Bank is seeking for a Technology Risk Manager who will be based in Singapore and will be supporting their multi - year core banking transformation program and Global Transaction project portfolio. The client is looking for a driven individual with excellent communication skills and IT Risk experience within banking industry.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technology risk governance and oversight across strategic transformation and technology initiatives
Conduct risk assessments and control reviews throughout project lifecycles
Review and challenge risk exceptions, control gaps, and remediation plans
Partner with technology, project, security, and business teams to identify and manage technology risks
Ensure key risk issues are appropriately tracked, escalated, and remediated
Support governance forums, risk committees, and stakeholder reporting
Promote effective risk management practices across project and technology teams
Drive continuous improvement of technology risk and governance processes

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years experience in Technology Risk, IT Audit, Technology Controls, Risk Assurance, Information Security, or Technology Governance
Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or other regulated environments
Good understanding of technology risk management and control frameworks
Experience supporting technology transformation, application development, or SDLC-related initiatives
Proven ability to perform risk assessments and evaluate control effectiveness
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Risk Management, Audit, or a related discipline
Good to have: Risk / Security Certification (CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP)
