Join a leading global financial services firm as a Trade Support Associate, supporting trade capture, life cycle processing, exception management and regulatory reporting across institutional products. This role offers direct exposure to sales and trading desks in Singapore, regional trade support teams and cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Legal and Compliance.

Your new role

• Capture, process and check trades accurately across institutional product lines, including Fixed Income Cash, derivatives and Commodities.
• Monitor trade life cycle events, reconcile breaks and resolve trade processing exceptions in a timely manner.
• Liaise with trading, sales, counterparties and regional trade support teams to resolve trade discrepancies and queries.
• Support daily control processes and regulatory reporting requirements for local regulators.
• Work with Technology, Legal, Compliance and project teams on system enhancements, new platforms and regulatory reform requirements.
• Provide back-up support and coverage for other functional teams within Singapore Asia Branch Operations.

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree with 3-5 years of experience in an Operations role within financial services.
• Trade support experience within a global investment bank, ideally across Commodities, Fixed Income OTC, derivatives or related institutional products.
• Comfortable working with sales, traders, clients, counterparties and cross-functional teams across different locations.
• Detail-oriented, organised and risk-aware, with good communication skills and a high level of personal commitment and integrity.
