Job Description
- Drive regulatory compliance and financial crime risk frameworks across the business
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on products and operations
- Support implementation of global policies, standards, and compliance initiatives
- Advise business teams on compliance risks, controls, and best practices
- Engage with regional teams, regulators, and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to risk reporting, governance forums, and senior management updates
- Support change programmes and initiatives arising from evolving regulations
A successful Regulatory Compliance professional should have:
- Min 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance within asset or fund management
- Strong understanding of financial crime compliance, AML and regulatory frameworks
- Proven ability to manage regulatory change and risk assessment
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
- Ability to analyse complex regulatory matters and provide practical solutions
- Experience working in matrixed or global organisations preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
