The role will be based in Stockholm to ensure strong integration with the team. What the job involves
- Work on all aspects of the transaction process across origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management
- Take specific responsibility for workstreams, and run parts of a transaction
- Work actively with the portfolio post-acquisition
- Exposure to private equity transactions likely from within corporate finance, investment banking, consulting or from another private equity firm
- Entrepreneurial spirit, commercial aptitude and strong technical skillset desirable
- International experience and top tier academics are preferred
- Finnish or Norwegian helpful.
