Job Description



To strengthen their team in Appenzell, an important fiduciary company is looking for a Trust Officer (80-100%).




Responsibilities

• Support client managers with financial and accounts payable bookkeeping


• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements


• Prepare VAT and social security declarations


• Support fiscal representation mandates


• Complete tax returns for individuals and legal entities


• Assist with payroll accounting


• Maintain estate accounts and support inheritance distributions

Requirements

• Completed Federal Certificate of Competence , ideally in trust services


• Several years of experience in the fiduciary/trust sector


• Strong communication skills and a true team player mindset


• Independent, reliable, and proactive working style-even under pressure


• High level of client orientation


• Solid knowledge of MS Office; Abacus and Dr. Tax are a plus


• Fluent German (written and spoken); English is an advantage
