In Vitro ADME Scientist vacancy for our Basel based client in the Pharma sector.
Your tasks:
- Perform cellular-based in vitro ADME assays, including routine cell culture techniques such as cell seeding and maintaining cell lines
- Support drug discovery project teams by characterising absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME) properties
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, particularly LC/MS instruments, and relevant bioanalytical software
- Utilise laboratory automation systems for efficient execution of cellular-based assays
- Document, analyse, and report experimental results to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Your experience/knowledge:
- Apprenticeship, BS, or MS in biology, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or related discipline
- Proficiency in performing cellular-based in vitro assays and routine cell culture techniques
- Solid understanding of laboratory equipment, especially LC/MS, and associated software
- Experience with laboratory automation is desirable
- Language skills: English
