Main tasks:

Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions for manufacturing and supply chain
Ensure scalable, standardized, and compliant system architecture across the program
Enable and optimize end-to-end processes across production, quality, and supply chain (GMP environment)
Drive integration across SAP and adjacent systems (MES, LIMS, shopfloor/automation)
Deliver data-driven and highly automated processes leveraging modern SAP technologies (e.g., SAP BTP, SAP Build, AI Services)
Ensure regulatory compliance (GxP, CFR Part 11, Annex 11, ISO 27001), including CSV and audit readiness
Act as key interface to senior stakeholders across business and IT; translate requirements into solution architecture
Provide governance across project and program lifecycle

Your qualifications:

Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
Several years of experience in SAP solution design and implementation
Strong expertise in S/4HANA and SAP BTP
Solid understanding of ISA-95 integration (MES ERP)
Experience with regulated environments (pharma/life sciences preferred)
Knowledge of GxP, CFR Part 11, Annex 11, ISO 27001
Exposure to MES and OT/automation systems is a plus
Fluent in German and English
