Main tasks:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions for manufacturing and supply chain


• Ensure scalable, standardized, and compliant system architecture across the program


• Enable and optimize end-to-end processes across production, quality, and supply chain (GMP environment)


• Drive integration across SAP and adjacent systems (MES, LIMS, shopfloor/automation)


• Deliver data-driven and highly automated processes leveraging modern SAP technologies (e.g., SAP BTP, SAP Build, AI Services)


• Ensure regulatory compliance (GxP, CFR Part 11, Annex 11, ISO 27001), including CSV and audit readiness


• Act as key interface to senior stakeholders across business and IT; translate requirements into solution architecture


• Provide governance across project and program lifecycle

Your qualifications:

• Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field


• Several years of experience in SAP solution design and implementation


• Strong expertise in S/4HANA and SAP BTP


• Solid understanding of ISA-95 integration (MES ERP)


• Experience with regulated environments (pharma/life sciences preferred)


• Knowledge of GxP, CFR Part 11, Annex 11, ISO 27001


• Exposure to MES and OT/automation systems is a plus


• Fluent in German and English
