Your role

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Internship Program within our Global Wealth Management business.

You'll get to:
• support client advisors and client account managers in their daily activities, including preparation of client meetings, follow-ups and documentation
• help with onboarding and maintenance of client relationships
• contribute to various projects and process improvements within the FR & BE International team to enhance client experience
• collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement
• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients
• develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business
• attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business

Your team

You'll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Geneva. We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. We've successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You'll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.

You'll be part of the France & Belgium Internation team in Geneva, which serves French and Belgian resident clients from Switzerland. The team works closely with Client Advisors, Investment Specialists and Product Specialists to deliver holistic wealth management solutions. As an intern, you'll gain exposure to the full client lifecycle, from prospecting and onboarding to ongoing servicing.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who:
• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than twelve months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has excellent English (written and oral), fluency in French required
• is comfortable working with numbers and data and has strong attention to detail
• enjoys working in an international, multicultural environment and interacting with different stakeholders
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
