Overview of Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Experience & Events Intern to join our Client Experience team in Geneva for a 6-12-month internship. The ideal start date for this position is December 2026.

This role combines Events Management and Client Experience activities and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within an international Wealth Management environment.

  • Assist with event logistics, including venue coordination, guest management, travel arrangements, catering and supplier communication.
  • Help prepare event materials, invitations, registration lists and attendee communications.
  • Support budget tracking and administrative processes related to events.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Attend events when required and provide on-site support.
  • Assist with post-event reporting, feedback collection and evaluation.
  • Maintain event documentation, databases and project timelines.

Client Experience

  • Support the implementation of client experience and service excellence initiatives.
  • Assist in organising employee training sessions, workshops and internal engagement activities.
  • Help prepare presentations, communications and training materials.
  • Support the collection and analysis of client and employee feedback.
  • Assist with client experience projects and related administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to initiatives that promote a culture of exceptional client service.
  • Maintain relevant documentation, reports and tracking tools.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Client Experience team.

Education and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous internship or practical experience in events, hospitality, marketing, client service or a related area would be an advantage.
  • Strong interest in event management, client experience and the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; native-level proficiency or fluency is required.
  • Good French language skills are a strong advantage; additional language skills, particularly German or Spanish, are considered an asset.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, reliable and service-oriented team player who can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Eager to learn, take ownership and work independently when needed.
  • Flexible and willing to support occasional events outside standard office hours.
