A Family Office, through its UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) is looking for a proactive and hands-on Personal Assistant to support the fund holder in his daily activities, working in close coordination with his family office in Geneva. Based in the south of Brussels, this role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including diary management, travel planning, coordination of personal and professional appointments, day-to-day logistics, liaising with service providers, and ensuring smooth communication with both internal teams and external contacts.

The selected candidate will also handle basic administrative tasks such as organising documents, managing correspondence, and assisting with errands or occasional household-related follow-ups. This position requires flexibility, discretion, reliability, and a strong sense of initiative. Fluency in both English and French is essential.
