Main tasks:

Drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Design and develop data products for the service business, with a focus on company-wide reporting.
Support organizational development through process mining, process analysis, and process optimization.
Lead data-related development initiatives and deliver insights for strategic decision-making.
Strengthen a data-driven culture and enable data-powered services across the organization.
Design and develop data models based on SAP Datasphere.
Create analytical dashboards and KPI-based reports using SAP Analytics Cloud.
Identify optimization opportunities based on analytical results.
Implement, document, and roll out data models and analytics solutions.
Lead data-driven projects and initiatives as Project Manager or Program Manager.
Build and implement process mining solutions for root cause analysis.

Your qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong interest in data, analytics, and business processes.
Excellent conceptual thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
Strong technical capabilities combined with a business-oriented mindset.
Ability to identify opportunities for improving processes and performance through data analytics.
Solid knowledge of data analysis methods and analytical models.
Experience working with large datasets, databases, and data visualization tools.
Proficiency in SQL and practical experience with SAP.
Knowledge of Python is an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to present analytical findings clearly, persuasively, and in a stakeholder-oriented manner.
