Job Description

We are looking for a junior CFO to join a Real Estate Asset Manager.

Tasks

Financial Operations & Controls (Hands-On)
Real Estate Financial Management
Cash Flow & Treasury
Strategic & Business Support
External Coordination

Required Qualifications

7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or real estate finance
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
Experience in real estate, property management, development, or investment strongly preferred
Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling required)
Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment
Willingness to be hands-on and operational, not just supervisory

Proactive, self-starting, and comfortable taking ownership
Practical problem-solver with a business mindset
Strong communicator who can work closely with non-finance teams
