Legal Counsel

Missions:
- Provide practical legal advice on corporate, commercial, governance, and operational matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and corporate agreements.
- Support legal and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Assist with corporate governance activities, including company incorporations, statutory filings, and corporate records management.
- Advise on contract administration, claims management, and contractual risk allocation.
- Support strategic projects and provide pragmatic legal solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Assist with dispute avoidance, arbitration, litigation, and the management of external counsel when required.
- Collaborate closely with teams across Commercial, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes, governance frameworks, and legal operations.
Profile
- Master in Law or/and qualified lawyer
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Legal Counsel within an international corporate, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or EPC environment.
- Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Working knowledge of FIDIC contracts, variation order management, and contract administration principles.
- Exposure to arbitration and dispute resolution matters.
- Experience supporting corporate governance and entity management activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
- Proficiency with legal technology and AI-powered tools is an advantage.
